Seekers! In the May update, a new challenge awaits you — get ready to take on Argos! Team up with friends and fight the Ancient Guardian to earn special currency and exchange it for various rewards at the Event Shop.
About the Event
Once exiled to the edge of the world, Argos patiently watched from the shadows, regaining strength. But all waiting comes to an end. The Ancient Guardian returns to extinguish the stars over Akrasia and erase the very memory of his former defeat. It's time to gather allies and challenge the Keeper of Chaos! To become a participant in the themed event, head to Elnäd and accept the quest "[Event] Hunting Argos" from Researcher Atan.
Participation Conditions
- Recommended item level: 1640.
- Entry opens at 10 minutes past each hour. After opening, entry remains available for 3 minutes.
- Number of attempts: 3 times per week per Roster, but no more than once per day.
- Two entry categories are available with different difficulty levels: for players with item level 1640–1719 and for those with item level 1720 and above.
- You can team up with friends in a group of up to 4 people and apply. The system will automatically match missing participants, but the total group size cannot exceed 8 people.
- If group members have different difficulty categories based on item level, the event cannot be started.
- You can enter the event area in two ways: through the snow globe on the main square of Elnäd or through the event icon next to the mini-map.
Rewards
For defeating Argos, you will receive a special currency — Ice Coins, which can be exchanged for valuable items in the event store. Collect glowing orbs during the battle to earn even more coins!
- Successful parrying grants a bonus to Ice Coins.
- If you die in battle, some of the earned glowing orbs will be randomly scattered across the field.
- If you are idle after the battle starts, the reward will not be given.
- An entry attempt will be deducted if you leave the event during participation.
- If Argos is not defeated before the event time ends, all participants will leave the Blizzard Stronghold, and the entry attempt will be considered used.
- Accumulated Ice Coins can be spent in the event store by clicking the Event Shop icon next to the mini-map.
